These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website jadooarts.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from us.

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account (if applicable), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place orders.

1. About Us / Seller Identification

We are an online retailer selling made-to-order canvas prints, featuring exclusively our own original photography and artwork. All items are produced on demand by our fulfilment partner Printful.

We sell exclusively to customers within the European Union.

2. Orders & Contract Formation

  • All orders are subject to our acceptance.

  • A binding contract is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (including already accepted orders) for reasons such as pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or legal/compliance issues.

  • You must provide accurate, complete and current billing and delivery information.

3. Prices, VAT & Payment

  • All prices displayed on the Site are shown including VAT.

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. You are responsible for paying all shipping fees.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is processed through secure third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full payment card details.

  • By placing an order, you authorise us (and our payment processor) to charge the total amount shown at checkout (including shipping).

4. Production & Fulfilment

  • All products are made to order, and production begins only after your order is placed and payment is authorised.

  • Typical production time is 3–8 business days.

  • We work with Printful and other EU-based fulfilment partners. Printing, quality control, packaging and initial shipping preparation are handled by them.

  • Due to differences in monitors, colour profiles, printer calibration, materials and ink batches, minor colour variations may occur. Colours seen on screen may not match the final physical product exactly — this is normal and does not constitute a defect.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship only within the European Union.

  • Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed.

  • Once the order is handed over to the carrier, it is transported by third-party shipping companies (e.g. DPD, UPS, GLS, local postal services).

  • We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier after handover.

  • Risk of loss and ownership pass to you when the package is handed to the carrier.

  • You must provide a correct and complete delivery address. Any additional costs for failed delivery attempts, address corrections or return/re-shipment will be your responsibility.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

All products are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised (they are produced specifically with the selected photograph or artwork in the size and material you ordered).

Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to order or clearly personalised.

Therefore, you do not have the right to withdraw from the contract or cancel the order after it has been placed and accepted, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged or materially non-conforming (see section 7).

We will not accept cancellations, returns or refunds for change of mind, regret, colour dissatisfaction, or similar reasons.

7. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • You must inspect the goods upon receipt.

  • If the product is defective, damaged during transport, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Send us clear photos of the issue, packaging (if relevant), and your order number.

  • In case of a valid claim we will, at our discretion:

    • reprint and reship the product, or

    • issue a partial or full refund.

  • Claims outside this 30-day window will generally not be accepted.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All photographs, artwork, designs and content displayed on the Site are our original works and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from our images/artwork without our prior written permission (except for the limited personal, non-commercial display of the physical product you purchased).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages.

  • Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the product in question.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure operation of the Site.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, serious supply chain disruptions).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or new orders after changes constitutes acceptance.
